These Terms & Conditions form the complete legal agreement between you and pk399. By creating an account or placing a bet on pk399, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every provision set out below. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Access to and use of pk399 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on an ongoing basis:
Age Verification: pk399 uses KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures to confirm the age and identity of all players. pk399 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at pk399's sole discretion.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on pk399. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. pk399 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk399 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void pending bets, and withhold balances pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the lifetime of your account. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. pk399 accepts no liability for losses or delays arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
Prior to processing withdrawals, and at any point during your account lifecycle at pk399's discretion, you may be required to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by pk399 may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification completion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify pk399 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pk399 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
pk399 currently supports the following PKR-denominated payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All balances, transactions, bonuses, and winnings on pk399 are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk399 does not charge players any deposit or withdrawal processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which pk399 accepts no responsibility.

Currency: All transactions on pk399 are settled in PKR. There are no hidden currency conversion fees and no mid-step USD or other foreign currency conversions applied at any point in the transaction flow.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by pk399 are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general and specific terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your pk399 account are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and time limits will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
pk399 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding bonus abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:
All bonuses credited to your pk399 account carry an expiry date, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is credited. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from your account upon expiry without further notice.

pk399 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a manifest pricing error has occurred, where the bet was placed after an event's result was known, or where there is clear evidence that the integrity of the market has been compromised.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk399 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Consequence of Prohibited Conduct: pk399 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, void all pending and settled bets, and withhold any balance pending investigation. Where criminal activity is suspected, pk399 will cooperate fully with relevant law enforcement authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk399 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk399 platform, including but not limited to:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pk399's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pk399's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
You may request the closure of your pk399 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with these Terms, and any eligible remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.
pk399 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account termination, your licence to use the pk399 platform is immediately revoked. Balances associated with accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms may be forfeited at pk399's discretion. Balances associated with accounts closed for reasons unrelated to player breach will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
pk399 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pk399 will provide reasonable notice to active players via the email address registered to their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the pk399 platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, you may escalate the matter to pk399's formal complaints procedure by submitting a written complaint to the same email address. pk399 will acknowledge formal complaints within five (5) business days and issue a final position letter within thirty (30) days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk399 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes not resolved through the informal or formal resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral authority in pk399's licensing jurisdiction.
